Jammu, Jan 17: Today on 17.01.2024 police party of police station R.S Pura, led by SHO RS Pura while on routine patrolling established naka at Kadyal road near paradise resort for checking/frisking.
During naka checking/frisking police party found one pedestrian on the way from Kotli Arjun Singh to Kadyal.
On seeing police party the said pedestrian turned back and try to flee from the spot. On this police party of P/S R.S Pura successfully overpowered the pedestrian.
On preliminary questioning the said person disclosed his name as Narinder Pal @ Bulla S/o Kaka Ram R/o Puro Bhana Tehsil R.S Pura Distt. Jammu.
During his personal search 2.35 grams of heroin (chitta) like substance recovered from his possession.
In this regard case FIR No. 18/2024 U/S 8/21/22 NDPS Act stand registered with PS RS Pura. |
