HPS girls secure 2nd position in patriotic song singing competition

JAMMU, Jan 31: In a remarkable display of patriotism and musical talent, the girls of Humanity Public School in Bassi Kalan, Bari Brahmana clinched the 2nd position and a cash prize of Rs 10,000/- in a Patriotic Song Singing Competition held at the Divisional level in honor of Republic Day celebrations. The online event was organized by the Directorate of Information & Public Relations, Jammu and Kashmir Government, aiming to instill a deep sense of national pride and honor the spirit of freedom.
The winning team, comprised of Sonia (7th), Akriti (8th), Anshika (8th), Nandini (8th), Pallavi (8th), and Sheetal (8th), received guidance and training from the skilled music teachers, Rajan and Abhilash.
The prestigious cash prize of Rs 10,000 was ceremoniously presented to the School Principal, Gaurav Charak, on the eve of the Beating Retreat at M.A. Stadium, Jammu, by the honorable L.G. Manoj Sinha.
A special assembly was organized to felicitate all the winners, where the School Principal, Gaurav Charak, and Vice-Principal, Anku Charak, acknowledged the efforts and dedication of the students. Principal Gaurav Charak encouraged and applauded both the students and the teachers' trainees, urging them to carry their enthusiasm into their future roles. He emphasized the crucial responsibility of nurturing the future generation with a profound love for their country.
The triumph of Humanity Public School in the Patriotic Song Singing Competition stands as a testament to the school's commitment to fostering holistic development and celebrating the spirit of patriotism among its students.
