Notorious criminal booked under PSA by Domana police

JAMMU, Jan 31: An information was received at PS Domana regarding one notorious criminal namely Mangal Singh S/O Yogeshwar Singh R/o Smailpur Tehsil Marh, District Jammu, who was evading his arrests in multiple cases.
On this special police teams of PS Domana Led by SDPO Domana Vishal Shoor assisted by SHO PS Domana Inspr Sushil Choudhary raided at the suspected place and arrested the notorious criminal.
The arrest was made under the supervision of SP Rural Brijesh Kumar Sharma.
It is pertinent to mention that a warrant under PSA vide order No. 05 of 2024 dated 30/01/2024 under section 8 (1) (A) of J&K Public Safety Act 1978 was also issued against the accused by District Magistrate Jammu
Also accused was habitual of indulging in criminal activities and there were various cases accused was involved in details of the cases are as under:-

(5) Case FIR No 317/10 U/S 341,323,147,148 RPC 4/25 A Act of P/s Domana.

(7) Case FIR no. 116/14 U/S 307,323,452,34 RPC 4/25 A Act of PS Domana.

Finally today the warrant was executed and the accused was sent to Central Jail Kot Bhalwal Jammu.
