Stephens International Public School hosts grand farewell for class XII batch 2023-2024

JAMMU, Feb 10: Stephens International Public School (SIPS) recently bid a heartfelt farewell to its graduating class XII batch of 2023-2024, commemorating their years of shared experiences and academic achievements with fervor and joy. The event, graced by esteemed dignitaries and faculty members, was a testament to the close-knit community fostered at SIPS.
The Chairman of the school, Dr. Kamal Saini IGP (Retd.), along with Director Mrs. Satvinder Saini and Trustee Adv. Kunal Saini, presided over the ceremony. Principal Mrs. Rama Jamwal, Vice Principal Dr. Manjari Sehgal, Headmistress Mrs. Shweta Bakshi, Deputy Headmistress Ms. Khushboo Shaminotra, and wing coordinators were also in attendance, demonstrating their support and appreciation for the graduating students. The event commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp, symbolizing the auspicious beginning of the proceedings. Trustee Adv. Kunal Saini delivered a warm welcome address, commending the outgoing batch for their academic excellence and active participation in various competitions. He encouraged them to carry forward the values instilled in them at SIPS and wished them success in their future endeavors.
A highlight of the farewell was the mesmerizing cultural performances, featuring vibrant dance routines, entertaining skits, and soulful musical renditions. Members of the Head Council expressed gratitude to their mentors and teachers for their guidance and support throughout their academic journey. The crowning of Piyush Majhotra and Angel Sharma as Miss Stephens and Mr. Stephens respectively, along with titles such as Mr. Personality awarded to Sanju Kattal and Ms. Personality to Karmaiti Choudhary, added to the celebratory atmosphere. Lakshman Choudhary was honored as the Student of the Year 2023, recognizing his outstanding contributions to the school community. In his address, Dr. Kamal Saini emphasized SIPS's commitment to holistic development, encouraging students to uphold values of honesty and truth as they embark on new ventures beyond school.
The program concluded with a vote of thanks by Principal Mrs. Rama Jamwal, expressing gratitude to all participants for making the event a memorable one. A grand feast was organized for students and staff, providing a fitting conclusion to the evening of celebration and reminiscence. The farewell ceremony at SIPS served as a poignant tribute to the graduating class, affirming the school's dedication to nurturing well-rounded individuals equipped to excel in all spheres of life.
