Shobha Yatra of Sri Guru Gyagi Ji taken out

JAMMU, Feb 18: To mark Guru Gyagi birth celebrations falling on 24 February, 2024, the Jammu and Kashmir Batwal Sabha today took out a Shobha Yatra in which a large number of devotees including men, women and children participated with great enthusiasm and religious fervor.
The Shobha Yatra started from Guru Gyagi Ashram Shahzadpur, passed through Parwah, Patyali Chack, Sangram Pur, Durgo Chack, Patnayal, Akalpur, Pouni Chack, Sari Rakwal, Bhadrore, Dei Chack, Gho-Manassan, Rathua, Karloop, Kalasse Chack, Marh, Halqa, Tokerian, Jaffer Chak and many other villages.
During the Shobha Yatra, SSP M.L.Kaith, Bawa Ram Kaith, Krishan Lal Kaith and many others accorded a warm reception to the Yatra enroute at Karloop and distributed sweets, fruits, water, langar, tea, snacks, milk, and various other items to the participants.
Prominent among those who participated in the Shobha Yatra included Messers former Corporator Rashpal Bhardwaj, R L.Kaith, Inspector retired Bishan Dass, TSO retired Rachhpal Kaith, Subedar retired Baldev Raj, Baldev Chand, Darshan Lal, Duni Singh, Jeet Raj, Joginder Sargotra, Tara Chand, Brinder Kaith, Darshan Kumar, Jagdish Mandi, Jagdish Lakhotra, Bishan Lal, Surjeet Dogra, Jagdish Kaith, Yog Raj, Sandeep Bhardwaj, Sanjay Motan, Anil Kumar, Ganesh Motan, Mangal Ram, Rashpal Motan, Pagu Ram, Vinod Kumar, Rakesh Kumar, Pawan Kumar, Vikas Kumar, Ram Dyal, Shallo Ram, Arjun Kumar, Sunil Motan, Suresh Kumar, Dev Raj and Shubham Kumar.
