Authorities issues advisory to ensure smooth participation

Jammu, Feb 19: In preparation for the forthcoming public rally featuring the Prime Minister Narendra Modi at MA Stadium, Jammu, scheduled for Tuesday (20 February 2024), a comprehensive advisory has been issued by the authorities to ensure the safety and smooth participation of all attendees.
The advisory, emphasizing the paramount importance of security and awareness, outlines essential guidelines for the convenience and safety of the general public intending to participate in the event.
According to the advisory:
DO’S:
Participants from specific districts are directed to enter from designated entry points, ensuring a systematic and organized ingress process.
Arriving on time is encouraged to facilitate smooth entry before the rally commences, with a recommended entry cutoff time of 9:30 AM.
Attendees must carry a valid identity proof, such as Aadhar card, Election card, Pan card, or any other recognized ID, for verification purposes.
Cooperation during security checks and queuing up for frisking to expedite the entry process is requested.
Parking vehicles in the designated parking slots, as identified by the Civil Administration and Traffic Police, is advised for orderly parking arrangements.
DON’TS:
Prohibited items such as bags, tiffin boxes, eatables, water bottles, cameras, weapons, inflammable materials, and other potentially hazardous or disruptive items are strictly prohibited within the rally premises.
Mobile phones should be either switched off or set to silent mode during the event to maintain decorum.
This advisory underscores the collective efforts of the authorities to ensure a secure and hassle-free experience for all participants attending the public rally. By adhering to these guidelines, attendees can contribute to the overall success of the event and uphold safety standards.
