JAMMU, Feb 21: In a remarkable display of skill and determination, students from Dewan Devi Hr. Sec. School, Rajpura Mangotrian, Jammu showcased their prowess at the 8th District Ju Jitsu Championship held at JKSC Bhagwati Nagar Stadium on February 9th and 10th, 2024. Out of the 12 students who participated from the school, one emerged as a shining star as Jatin clinched the prestigious Gold Medal, showcasing exceptional talent and dedication. Adding to the glory, Yuvraj secured the Silver Medal, further highlighting the school's dominance in the competition. Moreover, the school's contingent demonstrated depth and strength as Bhavishya Mehra, Riyaansh Singh, Abhay Slada, Rizwan Ali, and Safwaan Waheed each earned Bronze Medals, solidifying the school's presence on the podium.
The stellar performance of the students reflects not only their individual capabilities but also the excellent coaching provided by Manish. Under his guidance and mentorship, the students were able to hone their skills and excel at the national level. Ashwani Suri, the Administrator of Dewan Devi Hr. Sec. School, expressed his heartfelt appreciation for the outstanding achievements of the students.
