JAMMU, Mar 13: Bishnah Police has filed counter FIR against two parties involved in a dispute over a shop, one of whom is an Inspector in the police department. After registering the case, the police has initiated further action. According to information, there is an ongoing dispute between the tenant and the owner of a shop outside Bishnah Hospital. There is also a court order in this matter. After that, the tenant side filed a complaint to the police. He claimed that the owner's side forcibly threw goods into his shop. He alleged that there was also physical assault by a woman named Neelam Devi and her two sons, Vikas Gorakha and Vivek Gorakha. Acting on the complaint, the police registered a case. The other party also filed a complaint to the police. They claimed that they were assaulted. The police also registered a case based on their complaint. Now, counter cases have been filed against both parties. The police say that further action will be taken after investigation into the matter.
