During her visit, Dr. Andrabi expressed satisfaction upon witnessing the completion of fresh matting for the entire shrine complex, a noteworthy initiative undertaken by the Waqf Board for the first time ever. She highlighted that this endeavor, aimed at enhancing the standard of the complex, is part of the Board's mission to refurbish major shrines across Jammu & Kashmir using Waqf resources. Accompanied by Waqf Board officers and representatives from various government departments, Dr. Andrabi reiterated the commitment of the Board towards preserving and uplifting the sanctity of religious sites.

She stressed that there is still much more to be accomplished, reaffirming the Board's dedication to serving the community and preserving the rich heritage of religious sites across the region.
