As journalists, we must strive to be the voice for those who are often unheard, bringing their stories to the forefront with empathy and integrity. In the face of adversity, our role is to shed light on the truth, no matter how challenging the circumstances may be."
On the occasion, the Head of the Department of Journalism and Media Studies, Prof Garima Gupta highlighted the various opportunities available in the media sector and encouraged the students to make the most of this internship by actively participating and engaging in all scheduled activities.

"The 10-day program will include workshops, field visits, and hands-on training sessions conducted by industry experts and faculty members of the department," said Prof Garima Gupta, adding that this comprehensive internship is designed to equip the students with the necessary skills and knowledge required to excel in the dynamic field of journalism and media studies.
