Jammu, July 14: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) District President Jammu South Rekha Mahajan today distributed ration cards, domicile certificates, and Ayushman Cards to the general public, reaffirming the BJP government’s dedication to the welfare of the common masses under the supreme leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This comprehensive initiative aims to ensure that the numerous benefits of government schemes, including food security, health insurance, and residency rights, reach the most vulnerable sections of society.
Rekha Mahajan interacted with the beneficiaries, listening to their concerns and assuring them of the government’s support. She highlights that the BJP government is committed to the well-being of the general public, and we are dedicated to ensuring that the benefits of our schemes reach every household, and we will continue to work tirelessly towards this goal.”
Rekha Mahajan emphasized that these magical cards symbolize the government’s dedication to providing access to quality healthcare, residency rights, and food security to all. The Ayushman card ensures health insurance, the domicile card grants residency rights, and the ration card provides subsidized food grains. She said the unprecedented access to free healthcare provided under Ayushman Bharat: “After 70 years, the PM Modi-led government has ensured free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh for millions of people. Rekha added that the BJP’s 2024 manifesto, titled “Modi ki Guarantee,” also promises to extend the coverage of Ayushman Bharat further to include senior citizens above 75 years of age and the transgender community. |
