Early Times Report
JAMMU, July 21: Senior BJP leader and former deputy Chief Minister Kavinder Gupta underscored the pivotal role played by the Modi Government through its youth-centric policies making the young lot adept and generating numerous job opportunities.
The BJP stalwart said this while addressing a Yuva Sammelan organized by Jammu North unit of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM), here on Sunday. He also highlighted the remarkable contributions of the BJYM in empowering the youth of the region.
He said that the BJP government under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi has consistently prioritized the youth in its policy framework. "The BJP government has launched numerous initiatives like Skill India, Start-Up India, and the National Education Policy to equip the youths with the necessary tools to succeed in today's world confronting the cut throat competition", he said while categorically highlighting the recent implementation of various skill development programmes and entrepreneurial initiatives that have provided the young population of Jammu and Kashmir with a robust platform to innovate and excel. He said that the BJP Government's commitment is to create an environment where the youth can dream big and achieve their aspirations with ease. The senior BJP functionary also lauded the BJYM for its relentless efforts in empowering the youth across the UT. "The BJYM has been at the forefront of numerous initiatives aimed at fostering leadership, patriotism, and community service among the young generation. Their exemplary work in organizing skill development workshops, youth parliaments, and community outreach programmes has significantly contributed to the socio-economic upliftment of the region," he maintained while highlighting the specific programmes spearheaded by the BJYM, including career counseling sessions, health awareness drives, and various other activities that have engaged thousands of young people. "The BJYM's commitment to nurturing the potential of our youth and guiding them towards constructive and meaningful endeavours is truly commendable," he said and added, "People should ponder seriously on the issue of which party can do justice with the people of the region as they have experienced the distasteful governance models of the regimes led by dynastic parties in J&K in the past." He strongly batted for installing BJP government in J&K that too with a thumping majority, as he pointed out that only BJP can ensure meaningful progress of the region with its selfless leaders, for whom the country and its people stand first. Arun Prabhat Singh State President BJYM and Vinay Gupta Seh Parbhari Jammu also addressed the gathering.
