J&K Police attaches Immovable Property

JAMMU, July 30: Jammu and Kashmir police in Jammu District has attached properties valuing approximately over 30 lakhs rupees as the said properties were proven to be acquired through illegal means and proceeds of narcotics trade.
Police in its official statement said that a team of Police Station Bakshi Nagar has attached a residential complex valuing around 30 lakhs in toph Sherkhanian area, Mehra Mohalla,Tehsil & District Jammu
The residential complex belong to notorious drug peddler namely Bobby Mehra S/o. Raj Kumar, H.no 44, Toph Sherkhanian, Jammu
The property has been attached under section 68-F of NDPS Act 1985.
Police said that the mentioned immovable property, during course of investigation in case FIRs no. 1012021U/S 8/21/22 NDPS Act of p/s bakshi Nagar, 129/2021 U/S 8/21/22 NDPS Act of p/s bakshi Janipur & 29/2023 U/S 8/21/22/29 NDPS Act have been proved to be acquired from proceeds of narcotic and illegal means and thus the said property U/ 68F of NDPS Act has been attaached.
