A grocery store owner described the situation as dire. "Most of my suppliers accept digital payments, and with the bank's systems down, I've had to delay payments. Meanwhile, J&K Bank has been sending SMS to its customers stating: “Due to an issue with our partner network our UPI/IMPS services are currently impacted and shall be restored as soon as possible. Inconvenience caused is regretted.”
