SGWF Expands Experimental Trials in Collaboration with Agasti Agroved, Pune Following Success with Raj Harar and Summer Apple

Jammu, Aug 9: Building on the success of its previous trials, the Synergetic Green Warriors Foundation (SGWF) has announced the expansion of its experimental agricultural initiatives in collaboration with Agasti Agroved, Pune. This collaboration continues to integrate Ayurvedic practices into sustainable farming, with a focus on enhancing the growth and resilience of key crops. SGWF’s R&D team, under the leadership of Dr. Rakesh Verma, Sh. Mohan Lal (a retired horticulturist), and Sh. Bua Ditta (the actual breeder of the NGO), has achieved significant success in its experimental trials on Raj Harar and Summer Apple.
The trials demonstrated remarkable improvements in both crop yield and disease resistance, validating the efficacy of combining Ayurvedic practices with modern agricultural techniques. The application of Ayurvedic formulations and sustainable practices led to a noticeable increase in the yield of both Raj Harar and Summer Apple crops, providing a promising alternative to traditional farming methods. Encouraged by these successes, SGWF is now taking its experimental trials to the next level by conducting them in Pune, in collaboration with Dr. Arvind Kadus and his R&D team at Agasti Agroved. This expansion aims to replicate and refine the successful practices on a broader scale, while also exploring new applications of Ayurvedic principles in agriculture.
Dr. Sonia Verma, Director of SGWF, expressed her pride in the accomplishments so far, stating, “The success of our trials with Raj Harar and Summer Apple is a testament to the dedication and expertise of our R&D team. We are excited to expand our collaboration with Agasti Agroved and bring these sustainable practices to more farmers across the country.” Dr. Arvind Kadus, Director of Agasti Agroved, Pune, added, “We are thrilled to continue our partnership with SGWF and take these experimental trials to Pune. The integration of Ayurveda into agriculture has shown incredible potential, and we are eager to see how these practices can further benefit crops and farmers in different regions.” The expanded trials i n Pune will involve rigorous monitoring and analysis by the joint R&D teams from SGWF and Agasti Agroved. The teams will focus on refining the techniques developed during the initial trials and exploring additional Ayurvedic formulations that could further enhance agricultural productivity and sustainability. SGWF is dedicated to environmental conservation, sustainable agriculture, and community development.
