| Bovine smuggling bid foiled,12 bovines rescued | | |

JAMMU, Sept 3: Jammu police tightening its noose against bovine smugglers, Police team of PS Nagrota have foiled 01 bovine smuggling bid in which total 12 bovines were rescued and 01 vehicle bearing Regd.No.JK02DH/8053 was seized and driver of the vehicle namely Mohd.Qasim S/O Jamal Din R/O Tatarsoo Mathra Govindpura Teh. & Distt.Ramban was arrested on spot.A case FIR No.237 under relevant sections stands registered in PS Nagrota.Further investigation of the issue in progress.
General public have appreciated the regular & strict actions of police against bovine smuggler.
