SRINAGAR, Sept 29: Director General of Police (DGP) J&K, Sh. R.R. Swain, expressed deep condolences on the martyrdom of Head Constable Bashir Ahmad of the J&K Police, who sacrificed his life during an encounter with foreign terrorists in Kathua district.
