Adequate police deployment, continuous power and water supply, efficient waste management, and medical teams on standby were highlighted as key priorities, along with stringent fire safety measures. The second meeting, attended by officials including ADC Jagdish Singh, ACR Kusum Chib, representatives from Agriculture, Handicrafts, NABARD, DIC, and the Traffic Department, focused on organizing the Diwali Mela, scheduled on 30th October 2024.
