Passing Out Parade of 104(4) Batch of General Duty Recruits at CRPF Srinagar

Srinagar, Nov 17: The 104(4) Batch of General Duty recruits of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) passed out during a grand ceremony held at the RIC CRPF Srinagar, located at Lethpora Campus in Pulwama district. The parade marked the culmination of 44 weeks of rigorous basic training for 210 cadets, who are now ready to serve as Constable (GD) soldiers in the elite force.
The Passing Out Parade was presided over by Brigadier Rohit Nautiyal, the Deputy Inspector General (DIG) and Principal of the institution, who was the Reviewing Officer for the ceremony. The parade, which featured skillful, synchronized drill maneuvers, was a proud moment for all in attendance, igniting a sense of pride among the cadets and spectators alike. Shri Shashi Bhushan Singh, Assistant Commandant, served as the Parade Commander, guiding the new recruits through their final drill. The ceremony was also graced by dignitaries including Shri Vijay Kumar Singh, Commandant, and several other senior officers.
Brig. Rohit Nautiyal awarded medals to the cadets who had demonstrated exemplary performance throughout their training.
Addressing the new recruits, the Reviewing Officer emphasized the importance of upholding the values, traditions, and ethos of the CRPF while maintaining professional competence in all duties, both in peace and during operational deployments.
The parade concluded with the cadets marching proudly as they officially joined the ranks of the CRPF, ready to contribute to the nation’s security and safety.
