d coordination as weak organization set was one of the reasons for party’s historic debacle”, sources said, adding, “fresh faces would be appointment on important positions in the party”
Sources said that the party has further decided to engage with the public, understanding their concerns, and addressing their needs.
This overhaul is seen as a crucial step towards restoring the party's lost glory in the state. With its sights set on the next election, the Jammu and Kashmir Congress is determined to emerge stronger and more resilient than ever.
Rahul Gandhi, Leader of the Opposition in Lok Sabha, had earlier emphasized the party's commitment to restoring statehood to Jammu and Kashmir, which is likely to be a key aspect of the party's revival strategy.
“By focusing on the concerns of the people and empowering young leaders, the Congress aims to regain its footing in the state's politics”, he said.
