JAMMU, Dec 5: Continuing its crackdown on absconders, Jammu Police arrested Vimal Kumar, son of Tara Chand, a resident of Chak Waziro, Bishnah. Kumar had been evading arrest since 2020 in connection with FIR No. 176/2020 under Sections 379, 420, 467, and 468 RPC, registered at Police Station Bishnah. A team from PS Bishnah, led by SHO Bishnah and supervised by SDPO R.S. Pura and SP Headquarters, successfully apprehended the accused. The arrest warrant under Section 512 CrPC issued against him will now be executed, and he will be presented before the court. |
