DDC Member Suresh Sharma launches Rs 80 lakh road project

AKHNOOR, Dec 10: Maintaining and accelerating development momentum in Block Maira Mandrian and Block Chowki Choura, District Development Council (DDC) member and senior BJP leader Pandit Suresh Sharma launched the construction work of the much-awaited Mandrian to Badan Di Chapdi road in Panchayat Maira Mandrian today. The project, with a budget of ?80 lakhs under the State Sector, marks a significant step toward improving infrastructure and fulfilling a long-standing demand of the local population.
Addressing the gathering, Suresh Sharma said, "Our mission is to ensure that every village and locality is connected by well-constructed roads. This project is a testament to our commitment to rural development and improving the quality of life for the people."
Suresh Sharma also announced plans for the commencement of additional road projects under the State Sector, reflecting the government's focus on infrastructure development. He further highlighted the continuous development work in Block Maira Mandrian and Chowki Choura, stating, "We are working tirelessly to address the needs of the people. With the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the BJP government, various welfare schemes are reaching every citizen, ensuring inclusive growth."
This project marks another step toward the BJP's vision of robust infrastructure development and improved connectivity in rural areas, paving the way for a brighter future for the people of Maira Mandrian. The residents of Panchayat Maira Mandrian expressed their gratitude to Suresh Sharma for fulfilling their long-pending demand and thanked him for his dedication to the region's development.The inauguration ceremony was attended by several prominent figures, including BJP Mandal President Ramlal Sharma, Master Chanchal Singh, Ashok Purohit, Titru Ram, Jameet Raj, Surya Prakash, Ratan Lal, Uttam Chand, Ramesh Chandra, Sunil Shastri, and various department officials, along with other dignitaries.
