The organization was previously certified for a year on 12th January 2024. Congratulating the employees on this remarkable achievement, Sh. Great Place To Work® certification was awarded following an extensive evaluation of employee feedback and workplace practices. A remarkable 96% of SJVN employees participated in Trust Index Survey, rating the organization highly on key parameters such as credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie. The survey allowed SJVN to analyse and understand experiences of its workforce comprehensively.
