Early Times Report

Jammu, Jan 24: Senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister Kavinder Gupta today participated in a Bhandara organized at Ram Mandir near Jammu Airport to commemorate the first anniversary of the consecration ceremony of the grand Ram Temple in Ayodhya.
Speaking on the occasion, Kavinder Gupta highlighted the historic significance of the Ram Temple, calling it a symbol of India’s cultural resurgence and Sanatan Dharma’s spiritual renaissance. He stated that the completion of the temple was the fulfillment of a centuries-old dream and a testament to the unwavering faith of crores of devotees.
“The consecration of Ram Lalla last year was not just a religious event but a national awakening, reinforcing our civilizational ethos and cultural heritage. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Bharat has witnessed a revival of its glorious past, and the Ram Temple stands as an embodiment of this resurgence,” said Kavinder Gupta.
He further emphasized that Ram Rajya, the ideal governance model envisioned by Bhagwan Ram, must be the guiding principle for policymakers. “The teachings of Lord Ram promote justice, equality, and righteousness, and it is our responsibility to imbibe these values for a prosperous and harmonious society,” he added.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from devotees, BJP karyakartas, and members of the civil society. The Bhandara was organized as an expression of gratitude and devotion towards Lord Ram, with hundreds of people partaking in the spiritual and communal gathering.
Kavinder Gupta lauded the organizers for their efforts in spreading the message of unity and devotion and urged people to uphold the ideals of Sanatan Dharma. He reaffirmed that the BJP remains committed to preserving and promoting the rich cultural heritage of Bharat.
The first anniversary of the Ram Temple consecration has been celebrated across the country with Bhajan Sandhyas, Yagyas, and Seva activities, reflecting the deep spiritual and emotional bond of the people with Bhagwan Ram.
