KATRA, Mar 8: Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Narayana Superspeciality Hospital celebrated International Women's Day by organizing a free gynecology camp, benefiting over 200 women. The initiative, led by the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, provided expert consultations and free screening tests, including PAP smear, HB, RBS, and BP tests.
A team of specialists, including Dr. Geetu Mahajan, Dr. Suksham Sharma, Dr. Shruti Gupta, and Dr. Nidhi Raina, offered comprehensive medical guidance, emphasizing the importance of preventive healthcare for women.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. M.M. Mathavan, Facility Director, highlighted the significance of women's health, stating, "A woman's health is the foundation of a healthy society. Regular screenings and timely consultations can prevent serious health complications."
