Jammu, Apr 30: The poems, written by Balbir Ram Rattan, reflect his deep admiration for Ambedkar’s contributions to social justice, equality, and the upliftment of marginalized communities. Kavinder Gupta, on this occasion, said that the entire life of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar is full of hard work, struggle, and a source of inspiration. He said that Dr. Ambedkar was not just the architect of our Constitution, but a symbol of courage, intellect, and relentless struggle for equality. “Through these poems, an attempt has been made to express what Ambedkar means not only to a class or community but to millions across India who continue to draw strength from his vision. Kavinder Gupta elaborated that the first poem, Ambedkar - Ek Naam, explores Ambedkar as a timeless figure—one whose name stands for justice and wisdom. It delves into his life’s journey, from facing discrimination to becoming a guiding light for India’s democratic ideals. The second piece, Daliton ke Massiah, portrays Ambedkar as a saviour of the oppressed. It highlights his revolutionary efforts to ensure dignity, education, and representation for Dalits and other marginalized groups. Balbir Ram Rattan emphasized that his poems are humble effort to keep Ambedkar’s message alive in our hearts and minds. The poems were distributed among Dr. Pardeep Mohtra, Sanjay Baru, Vinay Gupta, Prof. Kulbhushan Mohtra, Ankit Gupta, Dil Bahadur Singh. |
