Fake Job Racket Busted: Fraudster arrested by Jammu police

JAMMU, May 5: Jammu Police continuing its commitment towards curbing criminal activities arrested a fraudster issuing fake appointment orders and seized multiple fake appointment Orders,fake stamps,electronic Gadgetry & ?2.5 lac cash .
On 02.05.2025, Case FIR No. 58/2025 under Sections 318(3), 336(3), 336(4),340(2) BNS was registered at Police Station Miran Sahib and investigation started by Police team led by SHO Miran Sahib inspector Jai Paul Sharma.
During the investigation, a fraudster namely Tej Bushan Sharma S/o. late Sh. Jagdish Sharma R/o Lower Gadi Garh was arrested SI Ajesh Singh Jamwal and ASI Suneel Parihar IC BPP Kullian under the supervision of SHO Police Station Miran Sahib and the overall supervision of SDPO R.S. Pura and SP Headquarters Jammu.
Multiple fake appointment orders were recovered from his possession along with fake stamps, a computer desktop and cash amounting to ?2,50,000.
Further investigation in the case is underway.
Jammu police assures public that no stone will be left unturned to put the criminal elements behind the bars and ensuring prompt justice is delivered to victims.
General public has applauded this prompt action by the Police Station Miran Sahib
