HPS participates in annual “Save Water, Save Birds” campaign | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, May 8: Humanity Public School proudly participated in the annual "Save Water, Save Birds" campaign organized by the Dogra Sadar Sabha at Dogra Hall, Kacchi Chawni, Jammu. This event, a well-established initiative launched twelve years ago by the 118-year-old Dogra Sadar Sabha, aims to promote awareness and compassion towards the conservation of birds and water resources. A group of 50 enthusiastic students from Class 9th (9th A and 9th Golden), accompanied by teachers Surjeet and Sanjeev, represented the school in the campaign. The event saw a vibrant display of creativity and commitment as students showcased beautifully crafted placards emphasizing the theme "Save Water, Save Birds". Highlighting the event was a heartfelt poem recital by Varsha of Class 9th from Humanity Public School, which earned her an appreciation award for her outstanding expression and dedication to the cause. The event emphasized compassion and awareness towards mute creatures especially birds, and highlighted the role of students in safeguarding natural resources and biodiversity. Humanity Public School extended its gratitude to Dogra Sadar Sabha for hosting this meaningful campaign every year and providing students with an opportunity to contribute to a noble cause.
