Early Times Report
JAMMU, May 29: BLP MLA from Bahu Assembly Constituency, Mr. Vikram Randhawa, today visited the residence of Ms. Mrigu Sambyal to personally congratulate her on her remarkable achievement of securing the second rank in the women's category of the Combined Defence Services (CDS) Examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).
Mrigu Sambyal, a proud daughter of Jammu, has brought immense honor and pride to the region with her stellar performance. She now stands on the threshold of a distinguished career as a commissioned officer in the Indian Defence Forces, an aspiration that reflects her dedication, determination, and patriotic spirit.
Randhawa lauded Mrigu's perseverance and commitment, noting that her accomplishment is not only a personal milestone but also a significant source of inspiration for the youth of Jammu and Kashmir-especially young women-who aspire to serve the nation in uniform. "Mrigu's achievement will motivate many more daughters of the soil to dream big and contribute to the nation's defense and pride," he said.
Randhawa said Mrigu's journey stands as a beacon of hope and inspiration for aspiring defense personnel across the country. Her triumph underscores the talent and potential of Jammu and Kashmir's youth and their unwavering commitment to national service, he added.
Devyani Rana, Vice President of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM), who was also present on the occasion extended her warm congratulations to Mrigu and her family. She emphasized the need to celebrate such success stories to encourage a new generation of leaders from the region.
