Early Times Report JAMMU, June 5: President of Criminologists Society of J&K, Rameshwar Singh Jamwal, continues to make impact on international affairs for a Safer World by presenting a concept to improve international peace in various international forums through his efforts and concepts. He is going to present his unique concept of Mass Behavioral Engineering of communities and societies in an international conference being organized by International Society of Criminology in the third week of June 2025. It may be mentioned that Jamwal has presented papers in three United Nations organized conferences and many other papers in other international conferences against crime, especially terrorism, crimes against women and children, transnational crimes and other serious crimes. The theme of the conference "Exploring the Dynamics of Crime: Contemporary Challenges and Innovation in Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice" in which top experts on Terrorism, Cyber Crimes, Behavioral Sciences, and many related fields are going to participate, offers a unique platform to learn and also share his more than thirty five years experience in the field, where he has used Indian Philosophical thought and techniques, by blending scientific concepts from Genetics, Epi-genetics, Psychology, Biology and many other scientific fields, and succeeded to bring changes in thought processes of serious offenders. The paper of Jamwal, titled " Criminal Behavior Modification through APD (MBEP), Paving the way for a Safer World" assumes significance as world is still grappling with two recent wars caused due to terrorism and is on the verge of major disaster due to Drug related crimes and Cyber Crimes, and needs out of box solutions to modify criminal behaviors. The four day conference is also being attended by many policy planners, Judges, Senior Police officers, academicians, international organizations and individuals from dozens of countries of the world. |
