The program began with spiritual invocations of OM and the Gayatri Mantra, setting a serene tone. Ashok Khajuria welcomed attendees, followed by SCJS President Ashok Gupta, who introduced the event's dual significance. A rich and motivational tribute to Maharana Pratap, the iconic Rajput warrior king, was delivered by Dr. Shreyansh Kumar Jain, highlighting his resistance to the Mughal empire, his legendary horse Chetak, and the enduring values of dharma, patriotism, and sacrifice. Transitioning to environmental consciousness, Ashok Gupta recited an evocative poem on World Environment Day, and Yash Pal presented a recorded interview with Dr. Jain outlining practical steps toward sustainability. Insights and reflections were shared by respected speakers like Prof. Virender Gupta, H.C. Vaid, Narinder Wadhera, C.M. Sharma, B.B. Sharma, Vijay Sharma, Deepak Sethi, Anju Bansal, and Monika Khajuria. Notably, Bansal's initiative to distribute cloth bags as a plastic alternative received enthusiastic support.
