The ill-fated aircraft, carrying 242 people, reportedly struck a doctors' hostel in Meghani Nagar, igniting a massive fire that engulfed the building. The catastrophe has claimed more than 200 lives, including passengers and crew onboard. In a press release issued here today, the senior NC leader extended his heartfelt prayers and condolences to the grieving families and affected communities. Rattan Lal Gupta has also strongly urged the Central Government, civil aviation authorities, and Air India leadership to initiate a full-scale, transparent investigation to uncover the technical, human, and systemic causes of this horrific crash.
