Laghu Udyog Bharati J&K Organizes Workshop

Jammu, June 13: Laghu Udyog Bharati, Jammu and Kashmir, organized a one-hour workshop titled “Business on Autopilot” for business owners and entrepreneurs who are members of Laghu Udyog Bharati in Jammu today. The session was conducted by well-known Business Coach Sanmeet Kaur, who is also a member of LUB Delhi and an Executive Member of LUB Delhi Mahila Ekai. The aim of the workshop was to help business owners build systems to grow their businesses without being stuck in daily operations.
The session was specially designed for those entrepreneurs who feel overburdened with routine work, face stagnant sales, team inefficiency, regular cash crunch, delayed payments, and lack of systems. Sanmeet Kaur shared practical solutions to help businesses move to the next level, improve productivity, manage finances better, and create systems for smooth functioning. Her talk was filled with easy-to-understand tips and real-life examples that kept the participants engaged throughout.
The workshop began with a warm welcome and introduction of the speaker by Parveen Pargal, State President of Laghu Udyog Bharati J&K. He spoke about the need for such workshops and how they can benefit the local business community.
He added that Laghu Udyog Bharati J&K remains committed to supporting local entrepreneurs by organizing such impactful learning sessions that promote growth and innovation in the industrial sector.The event was organized under his leadership along with Rajinder Gupta, State Senior Vice President, Ishant Gupta, State Vice President, and Pranav Gupta, State Treasurer.
Ishant Gupta, at the end of the session, delivered the vote of thanks and appreciated the powerful insights shared by the speaker. He encouraged members to implement the knowledge in their businesses to achieve real change.
