Queasy or easy? always your choice Stressing or breathing, expect or implement your choice! every situation in your life gives you two options and it is only and only you to choose better for you. some choose to see life as bliss some see as hell. who will take decide for you, if u won’t? who? Everyone of us have thoughts of self-sabotaging, self-doubt, fear, anxiety once in a lifetime, but taking pause and paying heed on your emotions, thoughts is always your choice. grappling with thoughts of anger, blame, shame are notorious for you and for your health. Begin with pause, your dolorous mind and your are gonna floored with outcomes. Temporary sigs not anymore I am talking about temporary reliefs we take like feeling down ok let’s go out, shopping, pubs, parties, making friends, all are temporary reliefs once it’s over you’re emotions are over you again! Once you get the concept of temporary reliefs, you will fight with your trepidation, you will start talking to your mind, your heart/self. It will eventually lead to break the culture of dominating thoughts of your mind. Stormy thoughts and calm you It is as good as it is in reading, yes we can achieve calm mind, calm self. Whoever you see as calm personality, go talk to them, it is not one day work or one week but it is a way of living. you have to welcome mind and heart interventions, whenever you feel your thoughts are squeezing your mind. It’s ok if you have tired and failed in this, I have mentioned it is not one day work challenge. Be easy with your mind, with self. It is totally okay if you have refused taking help, feared from hard work, feared of failing, problem is when you stop putting effort. Nourish your inner health/soul Cloudy thoughts and firm you, you don’t need sugar coated words to deal with your anxiety, if you have tried many times and failed in achieving calm state of mind, then definitely you can seek professional help but let’s try in a way with me! Start your day with gratitude,whenever in a day you feel down,shortness of breathe,panic attacks..hurry go for a long walk. Run, till your panicking fades. Eat healthy, read some motivational articles/books. Do whatever nourishes your inner health, your soul…cook your fav meal, sing, dance, go to mountains, all for self-discovery. True success is self-discovery Self-talk, self-meet, your actions in a day to day life will lead you to equanimity. Like they say fear is okay, failure is okay, anger is okay what not okay is getting up again trying again, ready to change again. How? Meditation? I know it can be tough term for some, but don’t see this word as something precludes you from making self-discovery, take this as sitting somewhere peaceful in comfort, relaxed and do some breathing inhale…exhale. try closing eye to see where your mind takes you,, alert!! Focus on first thought you get into your mind. don’t stop thoughts let it come and go…More you try to stop more it will be noisy and chaos…and you will end up losing. Just be relaxed and watch how it comes, what it comes ,remember goal is not to make thoughts to stop but to empty mind. You can’t stop the sea waves, same you can’t stop the flow of your thoughts, so better not try, let it empty! Let it out with exhale.. deep exhale. Try for a week and see the change, you are already in a way of transformation of your life, because you reading this! Being social helps or affects? Depends, how you like being social, going with friends, pubs/clubs, or you like to show in your social group , how worthy you are! Some gets social for social media posts,, to prove their value.. and their connections.. others get social for not getting forgotten from society. So they not feel left out. All have their reasons. Choose your way of being social carefully. It is okay to meet friends, chat, talk, if it helps you in relaxing, feeling loved, making memories but alert! if it is making you more horrible, making you feel hankering about attires, about luxury things. many more! this will only lead you to more chaos in you rather than. Feeling loved. truly said choose your circle/friends wisely because it reflects what person you are. Living alone syndrome /strength? Who says living alone could be dramatic, draconian? if it is ,then why Tulsi Das, Gurunanak, Gautam Buddha They are well known till now? What have they achieved by being alone? Loneliness can be strength to transform anything.. either you/your goal/your situation. You can only reach to self-discovery by giving time to your self, your soul,, in alone.. Being alone made me into a transformation that today I am not even afraid of darkness, because I have erased all darkness and negativities just by being alone and using it as power and opportunity. I can write this only because of my experience of transformation. Use your creative thinking to do something creative with your loneliness. Don’t be afraid of society, self help have that healing power which you can only imagine with your creative mind. Do something great in you loneliness period that society needs you more than you need. |
