Jammu Club celebrates International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm

JAMMU, June 21: Jammu Club marked International Yoga Day with a vibrant and enthusiastic celebration, bringing together the esteemed Members and dedicated employees of the Club.
The event was meticulously organized under the supervision of Ramesh Kumar (IAS), Vice President and Divisional Commissioner Jammu and the Managing Committee led by Gaurav Gupta, Secretary of the Club.
The program commenced early in the morning, with participants gathering in the serene environment of the Club premises. The session included a variety of Yoga Asanas, Pranayama, and meditation techniques, guided by Anu Mahajan, an experienced yoga instructor. The collective energy and dedication of the participants created a harmonious atmosphere, reflecting the true spirit of Yoga Day.
In his message from Srinagar, Gaurav Gupta highlighted the profound significance of yoga, stating, "Yoga, deeply rooted in India's rich cultural heritage, is a timeless practice that promotes physical well-being, mental clarity, and spiritual growth."
The event also featured interactive sessions where participants shared their experiences and benefits gained from practicing yoga. The celebration concluded with a collective meditation session, fostering a sense of unity and peace among all attendees.

Expressing his gratitude, Secretary Gaurav Gupta extended special appreciation to Committee Members Indu Puri Chairperson Sports Sub Committee , Vikram Dhawan and Dr. Ritesh Gupta for their proactive involvement and unwavering commitment, and behind-the-scenes efforts besides staff members which played a pivotal role in making the programme a grand success.
