Darhal, June 30: GDC Darhal recently organized an impactful program to promote the thoughts and values of Gandhiji as part of the Shikshit Bharat initiative. The event focused on educating participants about Gandhiji's principles of peace, non-violence, and social justice, encouraging a deeper understanding and application of these ideals in today’s society. Chaired by Principal Professor Zamir Ahmed Mirza, the program was coordinated by Dr. M. Akhlaq, the NSS Program Officer. During his address, Professor Mirza inspired attendees with Gandhiji's vision for a modern, progressive, and peaceful India, highlighting the relevance of his values in the contemporary world. This event served as a meaningful tribute to Mahatma Gandhi's legacy and emphasized the college's commitment to fostering the spirit of non-violence, harmony, and social justice among students.
