Rich Harvest School conducts investiture ceremony

JAMMU, July 26: RHS conducted its Investiture Ceremony on 26th July, marking a significant milestone in the academic calendar. The ceremony was held with great enthusiasm and fervor, symbolizing the school's commitment to nurturing future leaders.
Anita Bhatia, Head of Institute, on behalf of Managing Director Sh Gambhir Dev Singh Charak and Director Mrs Ruchi Charak extended a warm welcome to the esteemed guests, including Chief Guest Col Hemant Kandpal, Presiding Officer Mr Ranbir Katal, Vice-Chairperson Mrs Uma Katal and Dr Bela Thakur-Principal Dogra degree college. She emphasized the importance of leadership and responsibility, highlighting the school's efforts to instill these values in its students.
The ceremony commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp followed by a solemn tribute to the martyrs of the Kargil War. The illustrious guests paid their respects to the brave soldiers who sacrificed their lives for the nation, reflecting the school's commitment to patriotism and national pride.
The celestial dance paved the way for the eagerly awaited Pipping ceremony of Head Boy Aradhya, Head Girl Jiya and various office bearers wherein they received sashes and badges of responsibility.
Thereafter the student council members were administered the School Oath, promising to uphold the school's values and work towards the betterment of the student community, marking their leadership journey.
The chief guest, Col Hemant, congratulated the students on their new roles and responsibilities, urging them to become ideal role models for their juniors.
The Managing Director, in his address, emphasized the importance of leadership development and responsibility among students, aligning with the school's mission to foster holistic growth and development.
The Presiding Officer, Mr Katal, congratulated the students and faculty on the successful ceremony, highlighting the school's commitment to excellence. The Vote of thanks was delivered by Ms Aashima-the senior wing coordinator. The event culminated with the National Anthem.
