Lucknow, July 29: The Uttar Pradesh government is set to unveil the next phase of its ambitious initiative, the Mukhyamantri Yuva Udyam Vikas Abhiyan (CM YUVA), with a grand two-day Youth Conclave and Expo on July 30 and 31 at Indira Gandhi Pratishthan, Lucknow. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will inaugurate the event, which is designed to be a gateway to entrepreneurship for lakhs of youth across the state. Bringing together franchises, financial institutions, industrial brands, policymakers, trainers, and investors on a single platform, the conclave will function as a “one-stop business platform”—offering end-to-end support from ideation to enterprise launch. “This is a revolutionary step towards empowering UP’s youth with self-employment opportunities,” said K. Vijayendra Pandian, Commissioner and Director, Directorate of Industries and Enterprise Promotion. Inspired by the vision of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the scheme has already seen over 6 lakh youth register. So far, 67,897 beneficiaries have received interest-free and collateral-free loans totalling Rs 2,751.82 crore. Educated youth aged 21 to 40 are eligible for loans of up to Rs 5 lakh, along with a 10% capital grant. Following the Lucknow event, similar CM-YUVA conclaves and expos will be held at all 18 divisional headquarters, ensuring the campaign’s reach extends to every district of the state. Each event will witness participation from thousands of youth, brands, banks, policymakers, and industry experts. Key Highlights of the Expo will showcase 4 Thematic Pavilions, 10,000+ Youth Participants, 100+ Brands, 500+ Machinery Suppliers, and 25+ Banks. Expo Segments: Franchise Pavilion – Leading national brands will offer business opportunities with low investment. Stakeholder Pavilion – Government departments, banks, and incubators will provide information on schemes and support services. Manufacturing & Suppliers Pavilion – Showcasing latest machinery and technology for small enterprises. Business on Wheels Pavilion – Featuring mobile business models like food vans, tech carts, and mobile retail units. The conclave will host panel discussions on key themes such as Business on Wheels, Franchise Ecosystem, Enterprise Building, and Scaling Startups into Brands. Successful entrepreneurs, bank representatives, and policymakers will provide practical guidance through interactive sessions. Participants will also have the opportunity for one-on-one networking. Letters of Consent and MoUs between banks, brands, and young entrepreneurs will be signed during the event, accelerating investment, mentorship, and training opportunities. |
