Jammu, Aug 1: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has approved the promotion of two Jammu and Kashmir Police Service (JKPS) officers to higher ranks in the Police Gazetted Service.
As per official orders issued by the Home Department, Mashkoor Ahmed Zargar (JKPS:2008) has been promoted to the rank of Superintendent of Police in Selection Grade-II (Level 12 of the Pay Matrix), while Sanjay Singh Rana (JKPS:2001) has been elevated to the rank of Senior Superintendent of Police in Selection Grade-I (Level 13 of the Pay Matrix). |
