JAMMU, Sept 4: "As the flood victims are deprived of their Homes as well as essential commodities, it becomes the duty of every Citizen to help the Victims of natural disaster,so that no one should be slept hungry" said Congress Leader Adv. Suresh Kumar Dogra. In the continuous rain when the flood victims were needed food, shelter and other commodities the Congress Leader distributed some essential day need kits and clothes to the flood victims at the adjoining area of Peer Kho Ward No.03 Jammu East . When the government is only assessing the loss faced by the flood Victims and till now failed to provide even a single penny to them and He urged the State Government as well as Central Government to provide the needful to the needy as early as possible. Suresh Dogra said that everyone should come forward and help the victims as per their capacity because the Government is very linient in this regard,the government is only hollow promising to the victims and failed to provide anything. The visit of the Home Minister Sh.Amit Shah was an eye wash and proved a tourist visit,have resulted nothing which is a very big setback to the flood victims, Dogra further added that the devastation occured in Chishoti Paddar which have stolen many precious lives and the UT Government as well as the Central Government proved also failed to provide anything to the injured and as well as to the deceased. Dogra said the natural devastation occurred in the whole UT of Jammu and Kashmir must be declared a National disaster and be dealt accordingly.
