JAMMU, Sept 4: A relief material distribution program was organized by CISF Unit ASG Jammu at Village - Chak Jarala, Teh- Bishnah, Dist- Jammu, J&K to extend assistance to the flood-affected families of the village.
The distribution drive was conducted in the presence of Tehsildar, Bisnah Ankush Tripathi and local Sarpanch Jatinder Singh to the people which were earmarked by the Tahsildar. Essential food packets containing basic necessities such as rice, dal, sugar, edible oil, salt, potatoes, soaps, and spices were provided to the affected residents to help them overcome immediate hardships caused by the recent floods. The relief material were voluntary donated by the Unit Sanrakshika members and unit personnel.
This humanitarian effort by CISF Unit ASG Jammu was highly appreciated by the villagers and local administration. |
