Jammu, Sept 13: In a significant development, Khour Police arrested a third absconder, Bullah Shah S/o Noor Jamal, R/o Chourakote, Sujhandhar, Reasi, in connection with FIR No. 107/2023 registered under various sections of the IPC, PCA Act, and Arms Act.
Acting on the directions of SHO Khour, a special team comprising personnel from Police Post Pallanwalla and Police Station Khour carried out sustained efforts and successfully apprehended the accused in Pallanwala, Khour.
Earlier, on September 12, 2025, two absconders — Rahil Khan S/o Abdul Rashid, R/o Maraliya, Miran Sahib, Jammu and Mushtaq Ali S/o Saraj Din, R/o Kanachak,Jammu were also arrested in the same case.
All three accused had warrants issued against them under Section 512 CrPC by the Hon’ble Court of JMIC Akhnoor for evading trial.
Following their arrests, the accused were produced before the Hon’ble Court and, as per court directions, have been lodged in District Jail Jammu till 20-09-2025. This achievement underscores the unwavering commitment of Jammu (Rural) Police to uphold law and order and ensure that offenders facing justice are duly apprehended and presented before the Hon’ble Court of law. |
