During the inspection, the Chief Minister interacted with several admitted patients, inquired about their health, and sought feedback regarding the medical facilities being provided by the hospital. Through direct interaction with patients and their attendants, the Chief Minister gained firsthand understanding of the service quality and issued necessary instructions to the concerned officials. As part of the state government’s commitment to improving healthcare services, the Chief Minister visited the waiting area (waiting room) of the hospital and issued clear directions to ensure adequate facilities for the attendants accompanying patients. The Chief Minister instructed officials to make proper arrangements for drinking water, fans, and sufficient seating in the waiting rooms so that attendants, who are an integral part of the hospital ecosystem, are provided with basic amenities, ensuring a mentally comfortable environment.
