RAJOURI, Sept 15: The Indian Army has always stood at the forefront of supporting the nation and its people both in times of peace and crisis. In Jammu & Kashmir, its steadfast efforts in countering militancy and fostering peace have laid the foundation for stability, growth and development of the Awam. Continuing this commitment, the Indian Army organized an interaction at Samote with prominent locals, including VIPs, Ex-Servicemen, villagers and members of the media. The event aimed to highlight the positive transformation in society as a result of the Army's initiatives, active community cooperation and the impact of recent Central Government policies.
The Commanding Officer of the Army unit at Samote welcomed the participants and led an open and detailed interaction.
