Patiala, Sept 17: As part of the ongoing Swachhata Hi Seva Abhiyan 2025 and Special Campaign 5.0 (being observed at PLW from 11th September to 31st October 2025), a Swachhata Shapath was organized today at Patiala Locomotive Works (PLW).
Shri Rajesh Mohan, Principal Chief Administrative Officer (PCAO), administered the Swachhata Shapath to officers and staff at the Administrative Building. He called upon all employees to contribute actively towards a cleaner workplace and society.
Similar Shapath ceremonies were held across various departments, workshops, PLW Colony, PLW Hospitaland with the participation of KV School students. The oath reminded officers, staff, and their families to give time for cleanliness and to spread the message of Swachh Bharat Mission.
The Swachhata Hi Seva Abhiyan 2025 at PLW includes a series of activities such as cleanliness drives, cycle rally, marathon, tree plantation, RRR (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) campaign, door-to-door awareness, Shramdaan, and cultural events, culminating on 31st October 2025 with the distribution of Swachhata Awards. |
