Jammu, Sept 19: The Inter-Collegiate Kabaddi Tournament, hosted at Government College for Women (GCW) Gandhi Nagar, Jammu, from 18th to 19th September 2025, concluded with a spectacular showcase of skill, strength, and sportsmanship. GGM Science College, Jammu, emerged as a powerhouse of performance by bagging both Gold and Silver medals in the men’s and women’s categories, respectively.
In a thrilling finale, the men’s team of GGM Science College outplayed SPMR College of Commerce with a commanding lead of 13 points, clinching the prestigious Gold Medal. On the other hand, the women’s team demonstrated grit and determination, securing the Silver Medal after a hard-fought contest in their category.
The Principal of GGM Science College extended heartfelt congratulations to the players for their remarkable achievements, praising their discipline, dedication, and exemplary sportsmanship. He emphasized that such victories reflect the college’s commitment to promoting both academics and co-curricular excellence.
