SAMBA, Sept 19: Samba Police has worked out a theft case registered at Police Station Samba, arrested two accused persons and recovered stolen item from their possession.
On 16.09.2025, a written complaint was lodged at Police Station Samba by one lady Santosh Kumari W/o Late Behari Lal R/o Kheri Mandi Samba regarding theft of barbed wire from the premises of her house during the intervening night of 15/16-09-2025.
Acting upon the complaint, a case FIR No. 237/2025 U/S 303(2) BNS was registered at Police Station Samba and investigation started.
During the course of investigation, a Police team of PS Samba after relentless efforts, successfully apprehended two accused namely Rohit Sambyal S/o Late Yuvraj Singh R/o Kheri Mandi, Budwani Samba and Rajat Billowria S/o Ramesh Singh Billowria R/o Budwani Samba who upon sustained questioning confessed his involvement in the instant case.
