78th Nirankari Sant Samagam, divine festival of service, dedication, humanity | | | early times report
Samalkha, Sept 28: In this world of diversity, where humanity appears divided into many forms, languages, cultures, castes, and religions, there exists an eternal truth that binds us all in an unbreakable thread. We are all children of the same Supreme Being, who, from time to time, manifests in different forms to give us the divine message of love, compassion, equality, and humanity. Despite our varied appearances and lifestyles, within us flows the same consciousness, the same life force, that connects us to one another. Embracing this very spirit, for the past 96 years, the Sant Nirankari Mission has been enlivening the divine vision of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam – “The whole world is one family.” The Mission not only spreads the sacred message of love, peace, and harmony but also brings it into practice through satsangs, sewa, and grand Sant Samagams. Like every year, this year too, the annual Nirankari Sant Samagam began with a deeply emotional moment when Satguru Mata Sudiksha Ji Maharaj and Nirankari Rajpita Ramit Ji inaugurated the sewa site with their divine hands. This was not just the fulfillment of a tradition, but also a living reflection of devotion, service, and faith in humanity. On this auspicious occasion, the Executive Committee of the Mission, Central Sewadal officers, and thousands of devotees, brimming with the spirit of service, were present. Satguru Mata Sudiksha Ji Maharaj and Nirankari Rajpita Ramit Ji were warmly welcomed by Respected Rajkumari Ji, President of Sant Nirankari Mandal, and Respected Joginder Sukhija Ji, Secretary of Sant Nirankari Mandal, who offered floral bouquets and conveyed their heartfelt greetings. Addressing the thousands of eager devotees gathered at the commencement of Samagam sewa, Satguru Mata Sudiksha Ji Maharaj expressed immense joy: “On this sacred occasion of Samagam sewa, I feel great happiness seeing the enthusiasm that shines in every heart. Indeed, while performing sewa and satsang, every mind becomes devotional. We must see this Supreme Being in everyone, without pride, while respecting all and embracing the spirit of service. With constant remembrance of Nirankar, we must remain connected with this Supreme Power. The Samagam is not merely the name of a large gathering, but rather the deep spirit of service. We must look within through self-introspection and reflect on the true direction of our lives. The Supreme Being resides both within and outside. We must not create walls within ourselves, but instead introspect and overcome the shortcomings residing in our minds.” Spread over nearly 600 acres, the Samagam grounds symbolize service, devotion, and humanity. Here, arrangements for the accommodation, food, health, transportation, and security of millions of devotees are made with utmost dedication and selfless spirit. Saints from across India and abroad, devotees engaged in service, and people from all walks of life join this grand celebration to experience unity, surrender, and spiritual bliss. This year’s theme, “Self-Introspection”, inspires us to look within, purify our thoughts and actions through divine knowledge, and refine our way of living. This journey begins with the Brahmgyan bestowed by the Satguru, which opens the door to spiritual peace, bliss, and liberation. This divine festival of humanity is not only for the followers of the Mission but for all lovers of humanity across religions, castes, languages, and nations. With open hearts, it welcomes everyone. This sacred land reflects the unparalleled confluence of spirituality, humanity, and service – a transcendental experience beyond the limits of words. |
