Jammu, Oct 3: The World Women Awakening Organisation (WWAO), Jammu Chapter, hosted a solemn ceremony at the MIER Campus to honour Mrs Sneh Bali, National Vice President, WWAO, with the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award.
The conferment ceremony was graced by Mrs. Rita Jaiswal, National President, WWAO along with Dr. Asha Mathur, National Patron, WWAO. The members of WWAO Jammu Chapter, advisory committee members, executive members, family members of Mrs. Sneh Bali and well-wishers joined in the ceremonial conferment.
Mrs Veenu Khanna, President, WWAO Jammu Chapter, welcomed everyone, reflecting upon the core values of the organisation and its commitment to recognising women of substance who have created an indelible impact on society.
She also shared the activities of the Chapter through a presentation.
Dr. Renu Gupta, Member, National Executive Body, WWAO, introduced the awardee by highlighting the illustrious contributions of Mrs. Sneh Bali, tracing her journey of resilience, dedication, and leadership that has inspired women across the country through a slideshow.
The award was presented by the National President, WWAO, National Patron WWAO along with the Jammu Chapter Core team.
In her presidential remarks, Mrs. Jaiswal underscored the importance of recognizing women leaders whose efforts have strengthened the organisation’s mission of awakening, empowerment, and inclusion. Dr. Mathur, in her blessings, emphasized the need for continued solidarity among women leaders to guide the younger generation towards a brighter, equitable future.
Expressing her gratitude, Mrs. Sneh Bali shared heartfelt reflections on her journey and reaffirmed her commitment to the cause of women’s empowerment, stressing the importance of collective leadership, education, and perseverance in achieving lasting social transformation.
