Jammu, Oct 5: Sangam Tru Art Production (Regd) under the aegis of Ministry of Culture, Govt. of India, New Delhi organised “DUGGAR FOLK FESTIVAL”(A Folk Production of Duggar Folk Dances & Music) with special emphasis on Swatch Bharat (Clean India Green India) in association with J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages, Jammu in close coordination with Dehati Bharman Sabha Trust, Bishnah J&K at Shree Ram Natak Club Naugran Bishnah Jammu. Janab Irshad Rathar S.P. Police H.Q. Jammu was the Chief Guest inaugurated the festival along with Sh. Jai Singh President Ram Leela Club, Sh. Sham Lal Sadotra President Dehati Bharman Sabha Trust Bishnah, SH. Dharminder Kaumar DDC Bishnah, Sh. Rakesh Jamwal SHO Bishnah and Sh Rakesh Pandit State President BJP Kissan Morcha Jammu were the Guest of Honours In this Duggar folk Festival the organisation to promote the demise of Duggar Performing folk Art Jattar, Kud, Gittru, Jagrana, Surma Dogri Folk Songs and Music. The Jattar Performed by Mohan Lal & Party, Kud Perfromed by Kishore Kumar & Party, Gittru Performed by the Vijay Kumar & Party, Jagrana Performed by Anuradha & Party and others singing and music groups the main character of lamberdaar and lambardarni Madam Suman Lata, Raj Kumar, Viajy Kaumr, Veena Dogra and Chanchal Dogra under the direction of Paramjeet and Dr. Suresh Kumar Abrol While speaking on the Occasion Chief Guest expressed his happiness to organised Duggar Folk Festival, Sh Romesh Chander Coordinators and Sh. Satpaul vote of Thanks and appreciable all stake holders for their cooperation in making duggar folk festival a great success. |
